Unifiedpost Group becomes key partner of Voka-KvK Vlaams-Brabant to promote digitization and e-invoicing

Unifiedpost Group proudly announces to have entered into a key partnership with Voka-Kamer van Koophandel Vlaams-Brabant. This partnership underlines our joint commitment to promote digitalization at companies, with a particular focus on (mandatory) electronic invoicing as of January 1, 2026.

Collaboration with Voka-KvK Vlaams-Brabant

Through this collaboration, Unifiedpost will share their expertise in e-invoicing with the more than 2,400 members of Voka-KvK Vlaams-Brabant. We will offer trainings open to all companies in the region to support them in their digital transformation.

This new step builds on an already successful collaboration. Unifiedpost Group has been working for years with Voka to send their invoices digitally. This has not only led to more efficient processes, but also contributed to a sustainable reduction of paper use. Unifiedpost delivers invoices via print, digitally via e-mail and electronically via Billtobox and Peppol.

Need for faster implementation of e-invoicing

Currently, only just over 10% of Belgian companies have a solution for mandatory e-invoicing. This means that a large number of companies still need to make this transition by the end of the year. A recent survey conducted by Unifiedpost/Billtobox in collaboration with the accounting federation ITAA shows that many companies are not yet aware of the upcoming obligation. Through our partnership with Voka-KvK Vlaams-Brabant, we want to inform these companies about the upcoming mandate.
